(Henrietta, NY)- Automated name matching of letters/inserts & envelopes, without any unique identifiers, has been released by Lake Image Systems as standard functionality within the IntegraJET IQ™ Read & Print solution.  IntegraJET IQ reads the name from every letter in a mail inserter or input device and prints the matching name, address and variable graphics on the closed face envelope in-line at the output of the inserter. According to Pat Hoskins, VP-Sales & Marketing, “The industry has been demanding the ability to automatically match inserts to envelopes without any extra marks, barcodes or sequence numbers on the mail piece.  IntegraJET IQ provides this ability at maximum mail inserting speeds while eliminating the need for manual verification…IntegraJET IQ enables our clients to reap the value of eliminating the labor and time delays associated with pre-printing envelopes without the “mass marketing” appearance of sequence numbers and barcodes on the mail pieces.”
