announces the expansion of their PerfectMatch™ suite of document
integrity solutions for bindery and stitching applications.
PerfectMatch ensures the integrity of booklet, publication or
stitched document components as they are merged together. The solution utilizes scanners and/or cameras as the data
acquisition hardware to ensure personalized components match as they
are being merged together, provides base stock verification to
ensure correct components are loaded and merged in the correct
location and can include the in-line printing of variable text and
graphics in-line with the bindery equipment.
The Windows based solution enables quick set-up and
changeover and can provide detailed audit trail reports to prove the
integrity of production.
