Sure-Feed
Engineering will be demonstrating Lake Image Systems’ IntegraVision™
for plastic card and phone card processing applications
integrated on Sure-Feed’s Plastic Card Attaching System.
IntegraVision provides card & carrier matching,
identifies missing & duplicate cards, automates card bundling
processes and provides detailed audit trail reporting at full
production speeds.
In partnership with Pitney Bowes, Lake Image Systems’ technology is embedded in Pitney
Bowes’ new DF Works Integrity Scanning System.
The DF Works Integrity Scanning system scans entire mail
pieces in-line with inserting equipment to simultaneously identify
missing and duplicate pieces, ensure presence of meter mark /
postage stamp, ensure an address is visible through the window of
the envelope, automate postal tray break sorting, verify use of
correct base stock, verify document sequencing and provide detailed
production integrity reporting.
