Lake Image Systems will introduce IntegraVision PV at Print
’05 in Chicago. IntegraVision PV provides detailed analysis of each
Postnet code at the output of inserting, stitching & inkjet
equipment and provides machine control upon code deterioration.
Capable of analyzing laser, inkjet and alternatively printed codes
at maximum equipment speeds, IntegraVision PV evaluates each code
based on many of the same standards used by the USPS including:
streak detection, void detection, correct number of bars, bar
height, zone clearance, bar rotation, proper spacing, tilt, skew,
bar-width and check digit verification. It also decodes, records
and provides statistics for each bar-code analyzed.
