IntegraScan builds on the proven performance of IntegraVision, and provides a modular, scalable solution for narrow web label and ticket integrity inspection.

Featuring a high resolution Line Scan camera, IntegraScan is capable of imaging an entire web (up to 400mm wide) for narrow web and plastic card printing applications.  Unlike area scan cameras which capture a specific area of a document with one snapshot, line scan cameras have a single line array of sensors which process a target moving underneath the camera and build the image one entire line at a time. 

IntegraScan can acquire high resolution images of typically 4096 x 3600 pixels, providing up to 16 inspections per image at speeds up to 300m/min. 

Full data logging and comparison to the original print file can verify the integrity of the production run and quality of any variable data such as sequential codes, PIN numbers, Lottery numbers etc.

IntegraScan can be mounted directly on to a web, or as a roll up module to any mailing or printing equipment.
