Established in 1994, Lake Image Systems has its roots in High Speed and Industrial Imaging technologies.
With a focus on applications in harsh and difficult environments, we recognised the opportunities for emerging machine vision technologies within the Printing and Mailing industry and installed our first system for a supermarket loyalty card programme in late 1994.
Since then we have installed over 2000 systems around the world, and become the leading solutions provider for all variable print and document integrity applications within the printing, mailing and packaging industry. Our systems inspect, verify, track and report on millions of documents, printed pieces, plastic cards and packages daily, optimising our client's productivity, enhancing their quality and increasing their profitability.
Founded by Martin Keats, Paul Smith and Paul Stinson, and headquartered in the UK, Lake Image remains privately owned. Year on year growth and profitability enables us to fund our constant hardware and software development programmes, supporting the continual evolution of our products and services.
Established in 1998, Lake Image Systems Inc, (Henrietta, NY USA) provides development, manufacturing, sales and service for the North and South American markets, while Lake Image Systems France (Marseille, France) provides sales and service for Continental Europe. Lake Image Systems ASIA (Singapore) provides sales and service support for a growing network of distributors within the Asian territory.
