As our offices in the UK, USA, Europe, and Asia are in various stages of full or partial lockdown, our key staff are working at home to provide remote telephone and online support to our customers and partners, especially those producing essential products (such as in medical, pharmaceutical, hygiene, food, shipping industries) during this crisis.
Our IT systems and infrastructure are both robust and adaptable to cope with significant and disruptive events. All our support staff are well equipped to work from home. and if required, can deploy technology to access your Lake system remotely to resolve issues.
